The Horizon Series

The Horizon Series is Australia’s leading queer web-series which currently boasts over 70 million views and over 170,000 subscribers worldwide. The web-series is written and directed by Boaz Stark and produced by Brian Cobb, of Cobbstar Productions.

During my education at JMC Academy, I manned their social media platforms to help generate daily to weekly content across Instagram and Facebook and maintained an inclusive community with international audiences on a daily schedule.

As the web-series grew, the production had an opportunity to produce a TV pilot, The Horizon, funded by Screen Australia and directed by Stephen Elliot (whose credits include Priscilla, Queen of the Desert). As part of the Art Department, I assisted with set dressing, continuity, props and wardrobe tasks.
