A small one, but a whole lot of pain
Adding two mid-year bangers because I can’t seem to go more than a few months without the tattoo itch
I’m very happy to see that Hannah is still thriving at Wicked Ink, she’s becoming increasingly popular and in high demand for her fantastic designs. Although her pieces are getting larger, I still go in for small ones to decorate my leg. Plus, Wicked Ink Campbelltown is a delightful gem of a shop out in the Sydney suburbs. All the tattooists and reception team there has such a great bond so I do recommend paying them a visit.
Now for the tattoos, there isn’t really any meaning to these tattoos apart from the fact that I like the Western aesthetic, partly due to hours playing Red Dead Redemption 2 and our travels to Southern California. At first, I thought, I already have a cactus tattoo, but who cares, add another one; and the cowboy hat, I like Arthur from RDR2 and it kind of looks cool entangled in roses and thorns. That’s pretty much it!
We started with the cowboy hat before moving on to the cactus, aka. this tiny exploding tattoo of pain. I honestly would rather get my collarbone tattooed over again instead of the Achilles tendon. It makes me laugh now because the tattoo is so small in comparison to the rest of my pieces, and I almost cried because it was so close to the heel. I’m also not a fan of calf pain, so it is one of the reasons I’ve put off any back calf tattoos right now.
Thanks again Hannah and the Wicked Ink team for the usual fun!
